WHAT IS JALUPRO?
JALUPRO is a skin bio-revitalizer. It is a sterile reabsorbable injectable solution that contains amino acids and hyaluronic acid.

INDICATIONS FOR TREATMENT WITH JALUPRO

JALUPRO is indicated for bio-revitalization of the skin and used in the following cases:

For improving skin texture and minimizing evidence of skin wrinkles of the face;
As adjuvant in the physical or chemicals treatments such as peeling, laser therapy, dermabrasion, radiofrequency, dermal filler, botulinum toxin, etc.

WHY YOU SHOULD FEED THE FIBROBLASTS WITH AMINO ACIDS

The cells of the subcutaneous connective tissue in our skin are called Fibroblasts. Fibroblasts form collagen and repair fragile and worn out skin, ensuring improvement of skin tone and elasticity. Fibroblasts’ activity reduces over time because of aging and other reasons such as eating habits, diets, smoking, intense physical activity, long exposure to the sun. Therefore, skin gets old, loses tone, elasticity, brightness, volume which results in formation of wrinkles and furrows.

Fibroblasts produce collagen by using a nutritional support: Amino Acids (Glycine, L-Proline, L-Lysine) which are essential to compensate the reduced fibroblasts activity. ADMINISTRATION OF JALUPRO

Micropapules, Linear, Fan shape, Grid shaped, mixed injection techniques can be used.

In order to reduce a burning sensation after the injection, use a local anaesthetic. Anna’s Cosmetics sells two most efficient topical anesthetics EMLA and Pliaglis.

After injection, if necessary, proceed with a light massage to model the treated zone.

For the correction of thin wrinkles, inject JALUPRO into papillary or reticular dermis.

In case of deeper wrinkles or signs of aging, it is advisable to inject JALUPRO in the central part and in the deepest part of the reticular dermis. If required and for the completion of the treatment, this can be followed by a more superficial injection at the papillary level.

FEATURES OF JALUPRO

JALUPRO is composed of two small bottles each one containing lyophilized Amino Acids (Glycine, L-Proline, L-Leucine, L-Lysine) and two vials, each one containing Sodium Hyaluronate which should be mixed together with Amino Acids.

Volume & Packaging: 2 x 30 mg ampoules of sterile Sodium hyaluronate. 2 x 100 mg vials of freeze-dried amino acid mixture.

Active Ingredients: Sodium Hyaluronate 30mg; Water for injection 3ml; Glycine 50mg; L-Proline 37.6 mg; L-Lysine monohydrochloride 5.4 mg; L-Leucine 7mg.

Accessory: Package insert only. The choice of a needle must be obtained separately depends on a preferred technique.
